Mexican ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Panama and may stay up to 90 days. Entry is granted on arrival with a passport stamp, provided you carry an onward/return ticket and proof of economic solvency (at least US$500). Mexico is on Panama's visa-exempt list for tourism.
