Mexico to Lebanon visa requirements

Mexican ordinary passport holders can get a free visa on arrival at Beirut International Airport (and other ports of entry) for a stay of up to one month, extendable for two more months. A Mexican citizen with an ordinary passport does not need to arrange a visa in advance to visit Lebanon for tourism. Mexico is on Lebanon's list of nationalities eligible for a free visa on arrival, granted at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport and other ports of entry. The visa allows an initial stay of one month and can be extended for two additional months by applying to the General Directorate of General Security. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay with at least two blank pages, and must be able to show a return or onward ticket plus a local address and phone number. A strict rule applies: any Israeli stamp, visa, or seal in the passport results in refused entry. Note that the security situation in Lebanon is volatile - the U.S. Department of State maintains a Level 4 'Do Not Travel' advisory as of 2026, with airspace and flights subject to short-notice disruption. Visa eligibility is therefore separate from the question of whether travel is safe or practical.
