Mexico to Cambodia visa requirements

Mexican passport holders need a visa for Cambodia. The easiest route is the official online eVisa (Type T tourist), which costs USD 30 plus a USD 6 processing fee and is issued within about 3 business days. A visa on arrival (USD 30) is also available at major airports and some land borders. Either way, all air arrivals must also file the free Cambodia e-Arrival card within 7 days before arrival. Mexico is not on Cambodia's visa-exempt list, so Mexican ordinary passport holders require a visa for tourism. Cambodia offers two convenient channels: an official electronic visa (eVisa) applied for online before travel, and a visa on arrival (VOA) at international airports (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville) and at certain land/sea border checkpoints. The tourist eVisa (Type T) grants a single entry, a 30-day stay, and is valid for 90 days from issuance. The government fee is USD 30 with an additional USD 6 service/processing charge collected on the official portal (USD 36 total). Processing normally takes about 3 business days. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months with at least one blank page, and a digital passport-style photo is required. Since 2025, all travelers arriving by air must complete the free Cambodia e-Arrival card (combined immigration, customs and health declaration) within 7 days before arrival; this is separate from the visa. The eVisa is recommended over VOA because it avoids airport queues and lets you confirm eligibility and payment in advance. Use only the official portal evisa.gov.kh to avoid third-party markups.
