This means the 90-day visa-free period is counted cumulatively across all four CA-4 countries rather than reset at each border, so time spent in any combination of these nations counts toward the same 90-day allowance. Travelers should hold a passport valid for the duration of stay (at least 3-6 months recommended beyond entry), carry proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds, and complete the Honduran online pre-arrival customs/migration declaration. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required only if arriving from or transiting a country with yellow fever transmission risk. Extensions beyond the initial period are possible at the Honduran immigration authority (Instituto Nacional de Migracion) within the country, subject to a fee, up to the CA-4 maximum. No advance application, eVisa, ETA, or visa-on-arrival process is needed for the standard short tourist stay.
