South Korea to Hong Kong (SAR China) visa requirements

Visa-free for up to 90 days per visit. No Hong Kong ETA or pre-arrival registration is required for Korean ordinary passport visitors; optional e-Channel enrolment is available if eligible. Republic of Korea ordinary passport holders are listed by the Hong Kong Immigration Department for visa-free visits to the Hong Kong SAR for up to 90 days. The visit category covers tourism, family visits, transit, and permitted short business activities such as meetings, seminars, exhibitions, contract discussions, or tenders, but it does not allow paid or unpaid employment, study, residence, or establishing/joining a business. Visitors must have adequate funds and, unless only transiting to Chinese Mainland or the Macao SAR, an onward or return ticket. Korean visitors do not need a Hong Kong ETA, eVisa, or pre-arrival registration for a stay within 90 days. Optional e-Channel enrolment is available in person for Korean passport holders aged 17 or above who have a passport valid for at least 6 months and no adverse HKSAR record. Hong Kong, Macao, and mainland China are separate immigration jurisdictions, so onward travel beyond Hong Kong must be checked separately.
