Japan to Liberia visa requirements

Japanese passport holders need a visa to visit Liberia. For travelers applying from outside Japan, the online VOA/eVisa (visaonarrival.lis.gov.lr) charges USD 102.50, is valid for entry within 3 months of approval, with stay (30 or 90 days) set by the immigration officer at Roberts International Airport, Monrovia. The verdict is visa-required: a visa must be secured ahead of travel, and conflicting channels plus the embassy-priority rule make the conservative classification correct.
