India to Togo visa requirements

Indian ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to visit Togo for tourism. Apply online at the official portal (voyage.gouv.tg) at least 5 days before arrival. Visa on arrival is currently suspended, and the July 2024 India-Togo visa exemption applies only to diplomatic/official passports, not tourists. As of 2026, holders of an Indian ordinary passport must obtain an eVisa before traveling to Togo for tourism or a short visit. Togo has discontinued visa-on-arrival and express visas ("suspendus jusqu'a nouvel ordre"), so the eVisa is the only entry channel for Indian nationals. The standard tourist eVisa is single-entry and permits a stay of up to 15 days, with a government fee of roughly USD 45 (about 25,000 CFA francs). Applications are made entirely online through the official Togolese government portal (voyage.gouv.tg / evisa platform) and must be submitted at least 5 working days before arrival. A visa exemption agreement signed between India and Togo on 3 July 2024 covers only diplomatic, service and official passports and does NOT extend to ordinary tourist travelers. In addition to the visa, Togo requires a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate from all arriving travelers, and a passport valid for at least 6 months with a return/onward ticket. All visitors must also complete an online immigration arrival form no later than 24 hours before arrival.
