India to United Arab Emirates visa requirements

Visa required. Eligible Indian passport holders can use the 14-day UAE visa on arrival; others need a prearranged tourist visa. Indian ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter the UAE. Eligible travelers can obtain a 14-day visa on arrival if the Indian passport is valid for at least 6 months and they hold a qualifying third-country document valid for at least 6 months: a US visa or US Green Card, a UK or EU residence card/permit, or (from 13 February 2025) a residence permit from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, or Singapore. Other Indian tourists need a prearranged 30- or 60-day UAE tourist visa through an approved UAE airline, tourism establishment, travel agency, hotel, or sponsor. Current published fees vary by channel: GDRFA lists AED 253 for the Indian VOA service and AED 252/AED 352 plus VAT for 30-/60-day single-entry tourist visas; Emirates lists USD 63 for the Indian VOA/preapproved entry permit and USD 90/USD 177 for 30-/60-day single-entry tourist visas.
