India to Paraguay visa requirements

Indian ordinary passport holders need a tourist visa before traveling to Paraguay. There is no visa-free entry, no visa on arrival, and no true eVisa for Indian citizens. Paraguay requires Indian ordinary passport holders to obtain a tourist visa prior to arrival. The tourist visa is typically valid for up to 90 days and permits a stay of up to 90 days, with consular fees commonly around USD 65 (single entry) to USD 100 (multiple entry). Processing takes roughly 20-30 working days, so applicants should apply well in advance (45-60 days recommended). Because there is no embassy of Paraguay accredited specifically for visa issuance everywhere, Indian applicants generally apply through the Embassy of Paraguay in New Delhi. Paraguay is in South America, not the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
