India to Palestinian Territory visa requirements

Indian (ordinary passport) travelers need a visa. Palestine does not issue its own tourist visa, and the only realistically accessible area (the West Bank) is entered through Israeli-controlled crossings, so entry is governed by Israeli visa policy. Indian citizens are not visa-exempt for Israel and must obtain an Israeli visa before travel (eVisa-B2 launched July 2025, or a B/2 sticker visa). Gaza is effectively closed to tourists. There is no standalone "Palestine" tourist visa for Indian nationals. The State of Palestine has no independent control over its borders: West Bank entry is controlled by Israel and Gaza by other authorities, and "there are no visa conditions imposed on foreign nationals other than those imposed by the visa policy of Israel." In practice, an Indian tourist visiting Palestine means visiting the West Bank, which is reached via Ben Gurion Airport or the Allenby/King Hussein Bridge from Jordan — both Israeli-controlled. Indian passport holders are NOT on Israel's visa-exemption list, so they cannot use the ETA-IL system and cannot get a visa on arrival. They must obtain an Israeli visa in advance: either the new eVisa-B2 (introduced 1 July 2025, currently available to citizens of India and Sri Lanka residing in those countries) or a traditional B/2 sticker visa via the IVP/VFS centres in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata. The visa typically permits a stay of up to 90 days. Crossing into Palestinian Authority areas of the West Bank is generally permitted with this Israeli visa; entry via the Allenby Bridge may result in a permit limited to PA-controlled areas. Gaza is "Do Not Travel" and closed to tourists (Erez and Rafah crossings closed). Travelers should carry the printed visa, proof of funds, accommodation and return tickets, and a passport valid at least six months (some sources advise nine).
