India to Morocco visa requirements

Indian ordinary passport holders need a visa for Morocco, but they qualify for Morocco's electronic visa (eVisa) based on nationality alone. Apply online before you travel; there is no visa-free entry or visa on arrival for Indian citizens. Since 10 January 2023, India is one of the nationalities eligible for Morocco's electronic visa (eVisa), administered by the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the official Access Maroc portal (acces-maroc.ma). Indian ordinary passport holders qualify based solely on their nationality, without needing a residence permit or another country's visa. The eVisa is a single-entry authorization permitting a stay of up to 30 days and remains valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Applications are processed within roughly 72 hours (standard) or 24 hours (express). Morocco is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. There is no visa-on-arrival and no visa-free channel for Indian citizens, so an approved eVisa (or a traditional consular visa via BLS International) must be obtained before boarding. Travelers should always cross-check the official Access Maroc portal shortly before applying, as fees and processing tiers can change.
