India to Cambodia visa requirements

Indian ordinary passport holders need a visa for Cambodia. The simplest route is the official eVisa (Tourist Type T) for USD 30, applied online before travel; visa-on-arrival is also available at major airports and land crossings. A separate, free e-Arrival Card is also mandatory for all travelers. India is not on Cambodia's visa-exempt list, so an Indian (IN) ordinary passport holder cannot enter Cambodia visa-free for tourism. The recommended channel is the Cambodia eVisa (Tourist visa, Type T) obtained online at the official portal evisa.gov.kh for USD 30. It is a single-entry visa allowing a stay of up to 30 days, valid for entry within 90 days (3 months) of issue, and is normally processed within about 3 business days. Visa-on-arrival (VOA) is an alternative available at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap-Angkor international airports and at major land border crossings, also USD 30 for a 30-day stay. Separately, since 2024-2025 ALL travelers must complete the free electronic Cambodia e-Arrival Card (at arrival.gov.kh) within 7 days before arrival; this is an immigration/customs/health declaration and is NOT a visa. Cambodia is in Southeast Asia and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Passports must be valid at least 6 months from arrival with at least one (ideally two) blank pages. The eVisa is the most convenient and lowest-friction option for Indian tourists and is recommended over VOA to avoid airport queues.
