India to Honduras visa requirements

Indian ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Honduras for tourism. There is no visa-on-arrival or eVisa; you must obtain a consular visa in advance from a Honduran diplomatic mission. The one exception: if you hold a valid multiple-entry US, Canadian, or Schengen visa, you may enter visa-free for up to 90 days. Honduras requires Indian ordinary passport holders to obtain a visa before travel. Only diplomatic, official, and service passport holders of India are visa-exempt under a bilateral agreement; ordinary passport holders are not. Honduras does not operate an eVisa or visa-on-arrival scheme for Indian nationals, so the visa must be secured through a Honduran embassy or consulate (there is no resident Honduran embassy in India, so applications are typically routed through the nearest accredited mission). One important practical exception applies: Honduras grants visa-free entry of up to 90 days to holders of a valid multiple-entry visa issued by the United States, Canada, or a Schengen member state, and India is NOT among the nationalities excluded from this concession. Travelers without such a visa must apply for a Honduran tourist visa, which permits stays of up to 90 days. Because the default channel for an ordinary Indian passport is a consular visa, the conservative and accurate verdict is visa-required.
