Israel to Qatar visa requirements

An Israeli ordinary passport holder needs a visa to enter Qatar and cannot use the Hayya eVisa or visa-on-arrival system. Israel is excluded from Qatar's visa-free and Hayya-eligible nationality lists, and the two countries have no formal diplomatic relations. Entry, when permitted, must be arranged in advance through a Qatari sponsor (such as a hotel, employer, or host). Qatar does not grant Israeli passport holders visa-free entry, visa on arrival, or access to the online Hayya (A1 tourist) eVisa platform, all of which exclude Israeli and Palestinian nationals.
