Nigeria does not grant visa-free or visa-waiver access to Hong Kong passport holders (waivers apply only to ECOWAS member states and a small number of treaty countries). Since 1 May 2025 Nigeria operates a fully digital eVisa system through the Nigeria Immigration Service portal, and the previous visa-on-arrival channel has been discontinued. The appropriate category for a short tourist visit is the Tourism Visa (F5A), a single-entry eVisa allowing a stay of up to 30 days, valid for 90 days from issuance and not extendable from inside Nigeria.
