Do Hong Kong passport holders need a visa to visit NE?

HKSAR ordinary passport holders can enter Niger visa-free for tourism for up to 14 days. Although no visa is needed for the 14-day window, travelers should note that Niger sits in the yellow fever endemic zone: a valid International Certificate of Vaccination (yellow fever) is required for entry. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months with at least one blank page, and travelers should carry proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds.
