Finland to Haiti visa requirements

Finnish passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist visits to Haiti. You may enter visa-free for up to 90 days. You only pay a US$10 tourist fee in cash on arrival at the airport, and your passport must be valid for at least 6 months. Haiti grants visa-free entry to citizens of most countries, including Finland (only nationals of 9 countries — the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Cuba, Syria, Libya, Iran, Vietnam and Yemen — require a visa in advance). A Finnish ordinary-passport holder traveling for tourism or a short visit can enter Haiti without any prior visa and stay up to 90 days. The only entry charge is a US$10 tourist fee, paid in cash at the airport (Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince or Cap-Haïtien) by all foreign travelers aged 6 and over. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival, and travelers should hold proof of onward/return travel and accommodation. Stays beyond 90 days require an extension of stay or residency permit from Haitian immigration. Haiti is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. NOTE: this is purely an immigration assessment. Independently of visa rules, Finland's Ministry for Foreign Affairs and many governments maintain strong "do not travel" / "leave now" security advisories for Haiti due to severe gang violence and instability; the US-administered airport in Port-au-Prince has faced repeated closures.
