Spain to Solomon Islands visa requirements

Spanish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in the Solomon Islands. As an EU citizen you are granted a free Visitor's Permit on arrival, valid for stays of up to three months within any 12-month period, provided you hold a passport with at least 6 months validity, an onward/return ticket, and sufficient funds. Spain is a European Union member state, and the Solomon Islands grants EU nationals (except Ireland) visa-free entry. On arrival at Honiara (Henderson International Airport) or any other port of entry, Spanish tourists receive a free Visitor's Permit at the immigration counter — no advance visa or eVisa is required for short visits. The permit allows a stay of up to three months in any 12-month period. To be granted the permit you must present a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay (with blank pages for stamps), a confirmed return or onward air ticket, and evidence of sufficient funds to support yourself. Although the Solomon Islands operates an electronic visa portal, this is intended for nationalities that DO require a visa; visa-exempt EU travelers do not need to use it for a standard tourist visit. The free visitor permit is single-entry in practice for the stamped period; extensions (up to a 150-day total) can be requested in-country before the permit expires.
