Egypt to Myanmar visa requirements

Egyptian ordinary passport holders need a visa for Myanmar and should apply online for the tourist eVisa before travel. Visa-on-arrival is NOT available to Egyptians (it is limited to a few ASEAN nationals), so the eVisa is the standard route for a short tourist visit. Egypt is on Myanmar's eVisa-eligible list. An Egyptian ordinary passport holder traveling for tourism must obtain a Myanmar Tourist eVisa through the official government portal (evisa.moip.gov.mm) before departure. Myanmar's visa-on-arrival facility is restricted to certain ASEAN nationals (Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam) and does not cover Egypt, so Egyptians must arrange the eVisa in advance. Myanmar is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen/ETIAS rules do not apply.
