Egyptian ordinary passport holders need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before traveling to Sri Lanka for tourism. The ETA can also be issued on arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport in limited cases, but online pre-approval before departure is strongly recommended and cheaper to administer.
