German ordinary passport holders can visit Singapore visa-free for up to 90 days; SG Arrival Card is required online within 3 days including arrival day. German ordinary passport holders do not need a Singapore entry visa for a short social visit of up to 90 days. Travellers still need to meet Singapore's general entry requirements: a passport valid for at least six months, sufficient funds, onward or return travel where applicable, entry documents for the next destination, and any applicable yellow-fever certificate. The free SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with electronic health declaration must be submitted through ICA's official SGAC e-Service or MyICA Mobile within three days before arrival, including the arrival day; SGAC is not a visa. At the checkpoint, ICA issues the permitted stay as an electronic visit pass (e-Pass), so use the e-Pass email, e-Pass Enquiry Portal, or Visit Pass Validity Tool to confirm the final day of stay. Employment, professional activity, and most paid or unpaid work are not allowed on a Short-Term Visit Pass unless covered by a valid MOM work pass or a specific work-pass-exempt activity with any required MOM notification. Longer stays, study, employment, journalism assignments, and residence require the appropriate ICA or MOM pass before relying on the trip.
