Do Brazil passport holders need a visa to visit AZ?

Brazilian ordinary passport holders need an e-visa (ASAN Visa) for tourism in Azerbaijan. There is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel. The e-visa should be printed and presented with the passport at the border. Travelers intending to stay longer than 15 days must register their place of stay with the State Migration Service within 15 days of arrival (no state fee). Azerbaijan is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
