Do Brazil passport holders need a visa to visit UAE?

No visa needed. Brazilian ordinary passport holders enter the UAE visa-free for up to 90 days within any 12-month period under the Brazil-UAE reciprocal visa-waiver agreement in force since June 2018. Brazilian citizens holding an ordinary passport do not require a visa to visit the United Arab Emirates for tourism or short visits. Under the reciprocal visa-waiver agreement between Brazil and the UAE that has been in effect since 2 June 2018, ordinary, official and diplomatic Brazilian passport holders may enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days within any 12-month period (multiple entries permitted). The entry stamp is issued free of charge at the immigration counter on arrival; no advance application, eVisa or visa-on-arrival fee is involved. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of arrival and should be able to show proof of onward or return travel. The 90-day allowance can typically be extended for a fee through UAE immigration channels if needed. Because UAE rules count the 90 days cumulatively across rolling 12-month windows, frequent visitors should track their total days of presence.
