United Arab Emirates to Cameroon visa requirements

UAE ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to enter Cameroon for tourism. Apply online at the official portal evisacam.cm before travel; a yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory. As of June 2026, holders of an ordinary United Arab Emirates passport must obtain a Cameroon eVisa before traveling, even for a short tourist visit. UAE MoFA lists normal UAE passports for Cameroon as visa-required and points travelers to Cameroon's eVisa application site; it also describes the tourism stay as 90 days. While a visa-on-arrival agreement for UAE ordinary passport holders was signed in October 2019, public travel guidance still treats ordinary passports as visa-required, so ordinary travelers should apply through the official online portal at evisacam.cm before travel. The short-stay eVisa fee is listed by Cameroon consular guidance as 153 EUR for normal processing (issued within 72 hours of payment) or 229 EUR for express processing (24 hours), with the short-stay category covering 1 to 180 days; travelers should follow the exact duration printed on the approved eVisa. A valid International Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever is mandatory for entry, along with a passport valid for at least six months, proof of round-trip/onward travel, accommodation, and sufficient funds. Travelers should apply at least 10 days before departure.
