United Arab Emirates to Belarus visa requirements

United Arab Emirates ordinary passport holders can travel to Belarus visa-free for up to 90 days from the date of entry for tourism. No visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is needed for that stay; carry a valid passport, qualifying medical insurance, and sufficient funds. Current Belarus MFA guidance lists United Arab Emirates ordinary passport holders as visa-free to Belarus for up to 90 days from the date of entry, and UAE MoFA describes the tourism allowance as 90 days per year, divided and counted from the date of first entry. Travelers do not apply for any visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival for tourist visits within the permitted visa-free temporary-stay limit. There is no government visa fee. However, Belarus requires foreign visitors to hold a compulsory medical insurance policy with minimum coverage of EUR 10,000 valid in Belarus for the entire stay; this can be bought in advance or at the border. Passports should be valid for at least 90 days beyond the intended departure date. Border guidance also requires sufficient funds: at least 2 base values per day for stays under one month, or at least 50 base values for stays over one month. UAE citizens are exempt from registration for stays up to 30 days; longer visa-free stays may require registration under general temporary-stay rules, so verify the rule for the planned stay. For stays beyond the permitted visa-free temporary-stay limit, obtain the appropriate Belarusian visa or residence basis; Belarus eVisas are single-entry and capped at 30 days, so they are not a longer-stay route. Belarus is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 rules and ETIAS do not apply.
