United Arab Emirates to Angola visa requirements

UAE ordinary passport holders can visit Angola visa-free for tourism for up to 30 days per entry (90 days total per calendar year). No visa or eVisa is needed for a short tourist visit. As of 17 June 2026, holders of an ordinary United Arab Emirates passport do NOT need a visa to enter Angola for tourism. Angola lists the UAE under its tourist visa-exemption regime. Under this regime a UAE citizen may enter Angola for tourism for up to 30 days per entry, with a maximum of 90 days within a calendar year. The exemption is for tourist-visa purposes such as tourism, sports and cultural visits without remunerated activity. For non-tourism, work, study, residence, medical stays or stays longer than the permitted period, the traveler must obtain the appropriate visa or pre-approval in advance; fees and validity vary by visa type, and the SME FAQ lists a 36,600 KZ fee for non-exempt tourist visa cases rather than a blanket USD 120 eVisa fee. Even though no visa is required for the UAE tourist exemption, travelers must still satisfy general entry conditions: a passport valid at least 6 months with two blank pages, a confirmed return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds where requested, and a valid yellow-fever vaccination certificate for travelers aged 9 months or older. Border officials retain final discretion over admission. Angola is not in the Schengen area, so no Schengen 90/180 rule or ETIAS applies.
