🇿🇦南非(South Africa)🇬🇶赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea)ZA-GQ 南非(South Africa) 前往 赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea) 签证要求
South African ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to visit Equatorial Guinea for tourism. South Africa is not on Equatorial Guinea's visa-exempt list, so you must apply online through the official VFS eVisa portal before you travel. The standard eVisa is single-entry, valid 90 days, and a yellow fever certificate is mandatory. As of mid-2026, Equatorial Guinea requires South African (ZA) ordinary passport holders to obtain a visa before arrival. Since the launch of Equatorial Guinea's electronic visa system on 1 July 2023, eligible nationalities (including South Africa) apply online via the official VFS Global eVisa portal (egonline.vfsevisa.com) rather than at an embassy or on arrival. South Africa is NOT among the small group of ordinary-passport visa-exempt nationalities (only Barbados, Tunisia, Turkey and the UAE, plus CEMAC member-state ID/biometric-passport holders, enter without a visa). The tourist eVisa is single-entry, permits a stay of up to 90 days, and is valid for 90 days. The government eVisa fee is around USD 75; third-party agencies add service charges. Official processing is typically 24-72 hours after payment, though agents quote up to 10 business days, so apply at least 1-2 weeks ahead. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry, the passport must be valid at least 6 months with a blank page, and eVisa holders are generally required to enter via Malabo International Airport. Equatorial Guinea is in Central Africa, not the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Travellers should always reconfirm against the official VFS portal and DIRCO before booking.
