🇻🇳越南(Vietnam)🇻🇪委内瑞拉(Venezuela)VN-VE 越南(Vietnam) 前往 委内瑞拉(Venezuela) 签证要求
A Vietnamese ordinary passport holder needs a visa for Venezuela. Since 2026 the best route is Venezuela's electronic visa (e-Visa), applied for online via the Foreign Ministry's Cancilleria Digital portal before travel. There is no visa-free entry and no visa on arrival for Vietnamese citizens. Vietnam is not on Venezuela's visa-exemption list, so Vietnamese travelers cannot enter visa-free. In early 2026 Venezuela rolled out an electronic visa (e-Visa) system through its Foreign Ministry portal (cancilleriadigital.mppre.gob.ve), open to nationals of all countries for tourist and business travel. Applicants submit documents online and receive the visa by email, then print it to present at the border (there is no passport stamp). The tourist e-Visa is issued as a multiple-entry visa valid for one year, allowing stays of up to 90 days per entry. Reported government fees have varied during the rollout: a headline fee of about USD 180 was set, while some 2026 updates indicated the application was temporarily free. Processing typically runs from a few days to about 15 days. Because fee and process details have shifted during the rollout, travelers should confirm current terms on the official portal and, if needed, with the nearest Venezuelan diplomatic mission (Manila or Kuala Lumpur cover Vietnam). Venezuela is in South America and is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
