🇻🇳越南(Vietnam)🇯🇴约旦(Jordan)VN-JO 越南(Vietnam) 前往 约旦(Jordan) 签证要求
Yes, you can travel. Since 19 August 2025 Vietnam is no longer a restricted nationality for Jordan, so Vietnamese ordinary passport holders can now obtain a visa on arrival at Queen Alia International Airport and other major entry points without prior security approval. The standard fee is 40 JOD (single entry, 1-month stay). Tip: buy a Jordan Pass before you travel and stay at least 2 nights (3 days) to have the visa fee waived. Jordan changed its policy on 19 August 2025, removing Vietnam from its list of restricted nationalities that previously required advance security clearance from the Ministry of Interior. As a result, Vietnamese ordinary passport holders can now receive a visa on arrival (VOA) at Queen Alia International Airport (Amman), Aqaba (King Hussein International), and most land borders. The standard tourist VOA is a single-entry visa valid for one month at a fee of 40 JOD (about USD 56), payable on arrival. An optional eVisa exists but is not required for VOA-eligible travelers. The most cost-effective route for most tourists is the Jordan Pass: purchased online before arrival, it waives the 40 JOD visa fee (provided you stay a minimum of 2 consecutive nights / 3 days) and bundles entry to Petra and 40+ attractions. Jordan is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Travelers should still carry proof of onward travel, accommodation, and sufficient funds, and confirm details with their nearest Jordanian embassy before flying, as authorities can change rules without notice.
