🇻🇳越南(Vietnam)🇭🇷克罗地亚(Croatia)VN-HR 越南(Vietnam) 前往 克罗地亚(Croatia) 签证要求
Yes, Vietnamese ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Croatia. Croatia is a full Schengen member, and Vietnam is on the EU's visa-required list (Annex I of Regulation 2018/1806). You must obtain a Type C short-stay Schengen visa before travel. Croatia joined the Schengen Area on 1 January 2023, so it applies common Schengen visa rules. Vietnam is listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806, meaning Vietnamese nationals are visa-required for the Schengen Area. An ordinary Vietnamese passport holder traveling to Croatia for tourism must apply in advance for a Type C (short-stay) Schengen visa, which permits stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period across the whole Schengen Area. Applications in Vietnam are handled through the VFS Global Croatia visa application centres in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Croatia does not have a large in-country consular network, so applications may be routed via VFS or a representing Schengen mission). The base visa fee is EUR 90 for adults, plus a VFS service fee and the cost of mandatory travel medical insurance. ETIAS does NOT apply to Vietnamese travelers, because ETIAS is only for visa-exempt nationals; visa-required nationals like Vietnam continue to need a full Schengen visa even after ETIAS launches in late 2026. Travelers should apply roughly 3-6 weeks ahead (appointments can take longer in peak season), and standard decision time is around 15 calendar days, extendable up to 45 days.
