🇻🇳越南(Vietnam)🇬🇶赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea)VN-GQ 越南(Vietnam) 前往 赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea) 签证要求
Vietnamese ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to visit Equatorial Guinea for tourism. Vietnam is not on Equatorial Guinea's short visa-exempt list, so you must apply online before travel and enter through Malabo International Airport. As of June 2026, holders of an ordinary Vietnam (VN) passport require a visa to enter Equatorial Guinea (GQ) for tourism. Equatorial Guinea launched an electronic visa (eVisa) system on 1 July 2023, and it is now the standard route for most nationalities, including Vietnamese travelers. Vietnam is not among the few visa-exempt nationalities (Barbados, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, plus CEMAC member states using a national ID or biometric passport), so there is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel for Vietnamese tourists. Applicants complete the form online, upload supporting documents, pay the government fee (approximately USD 75), and typically receive approval within a few business days. The eVisa generally permits a short tourist stay of up to about 90 days and must be used to enter through Malabo International Airport. Travelers should carry a printed eVisa, proof of accommodation, a return/onward ticket, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate. Because sources are aligned and Vietnam appears on no waiver list, the conservative and accurate verdict is eVisa (visa required, obtained electronically). Equatorial Guinea is in Central Africa and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
