The eVisa is delivered by email, typically within 3-7 business days, and the holder may enter via Ambouli (Djibouti-Ambouli) International Airport or other border crossings. Travelers should apply at least one week before departure. Because no confirmed no-visa channel exists for Vietnamese ordinary passports, the verdict is eVisa (visa required in advance, obtained online).
