越南(Vietnam) 前往 古巴(Cuba) 签证要求

Vietnamese ordinary passport holders need an E-Visa to enter Cuba for tourism. Cuba's bilateral visa waiver with Vietnam covers only diplomatic, official and service passports, not ordinary tourist passports. Since the tourist card was abolished on 1 January 2026, the single-entry electronic visa (e-visa) obtained online before travel is now the standard entry document for short tourist stays. A Vietnam ORDINARY passport holder travelling to Cuba for tourism must obtain a Cuban E-Visa before departure. Cuba and Vietnam have a bilateral visa-exemption agreement, but it applies only to diplomatic, official and service passport holders — ordinary passport holders are explicitly excluded and are not on Cuba's visa-free list. Until 2025 most tourists entered on a physical "tarjeta del turista" (tourist card). From July/August 2024 Cuba rolled out an electronic visa via the official portal evisacuba.cu, and from 1 January 2026 the physical tourist card was abolished, making the E-Visa the standard tourist entry document. The E-Visa is single-entry, permits a stay of up to 90 days (extendable once for a further 90 days in Cuba), costs roughly EUR 22 (about USD 24), and is electronically linked to the passport. Vietnam is NOT among the roughly 16 nationalities required to obtain a consular visa in advance, so Vietnamese ordinary passport holders qualify for the online E-Visa. Separately, ALL travellers must complete the free mandatory D'Viajeros health and customs declaration online within 7 days before arrival, and travel medical insurance is required to enter Cuba. Cuba is in the Caribbean and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Note for travellers: visiting Cuba can affect future eligibility for the US ESTA, since travel to Cuba normally voids visa-free entry to the United States.
