🇻🇳越南(Vietnam)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)VN-BY 越南(Vietnam) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Vietnamese ordinary passport holders can visit Belarus visa-free for up to 30 days per visit (maximum 90 days total within a calendar year) under the bilateral visa-exemption agreement in force since 30 January 2025. Belarus and Vietnam signed a mutual visa-exemption agreement for holders of ordinary passports on 8 December 2023, which entered into force on 30 January 2025 - making Belarus the first European country to grant visa-free entry to Vietnamese citizens. A Vietnamese ordinary passport holder may enter, stay, leave and transit Belarus without a visa for up to 30 days per visit, provided the total stay does not exceed 90 days within a calendar year. The passport should be valid (a minimum 6-month validity is the standard safe rule for border control). Anyone intending to stay longer than 30 days per visit, or for purposes such as work, study or residence, must obtain the appropriate visa in advance. No visa, eVisa or visa-on-arrival is required for short tourism within these limits, so there are no government visa fees. Travelers should note Belarus's internal registration rule: foreigners staying more than 10 days must register at their place of stay; hotels and other collective-accommodation facilities normally handle this automatically. It is also strongly advised to carry valid travel medical insurance and proof of sufficient funds, as Belarusian border guards may request them. Belarus is NOT in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Belarus.
