🇻🇳越南(Vietnam)🇧🇯贝宁(Benin)VN-BJ 越南(Vietnam) 前往 贝宁(Benin) 签证要求
Vietnamese ordinary passport holders need a visa for Benin. The simplest route is the official Benin eVisa, applied for online before travel at evisa.bj. A 30-day single-entry eVisa costs 50 EUR and is usually issued within 96 hours. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry. Benin does not grant visa-free entry to Vietnamese (VN) ordinary passport holders. Vietnam is not on Benin's list of visa-exempt countries (which covers most ECOWAS/African states and only a handful of others), so a visa is required for tourism. Benin operates a universal electronic visa (eVisa) system through its official government portal, evisa.bj, which has largely replaced the older visa-on-arrival arrangement at Cotonou airport; travelers are expected to obtain the eVisa before departure. The eVisa is issued for short stays: 30-day single entry (50 EUR), 30-day multiple entry (75 EUR), or 90-day multiple entry (100 EUR). Processing is typically up to 96 hours, and applicants are advised to apply at least 7 days before the intended date of entry. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months with blank pages. Critically, Benin is a yellow fever endemic country and a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate is required of all arriving travelers regardless of nationality. Benin is in West Africa and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Verdict: eVisa required. (Some commercial sites still advertise visa-on-arrival; to be conservative, travelers should secure the eVisa in advance via the official evisa.bj portal.)
