🇺🇸美国(United States)🇹🇳突尼斯(Tunisia)US-TN 美国(United States) 前往 突尼斯(Tunisia) 签证要求
US ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Tunisia. You can enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days. Just carry a passport valid for the duration of your stay (6 months recommended) and proof of onward travel. United States ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Tunisia for tourism and short visits, with a maximum stay of up to 90 days per visit. No advance application, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is required. Travelers present a valid passport at the port of entry (typically Tunis-Carthage International Airport) and receive an entry stamp. The US State Department confirms a visa is "not required for stays under 90 days," and Tunisia's published visa policy lists the United States among countries exempt for up to three months per visit. Note: Tunisia launched a tender for an eVisa platform in September 2024, but that tender was declared unsuccessful in August 2025, so no eVisa system is in force and the visa-free exemption for Americans remains unchanged as of 2026. Tunisia is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond entry and have at least one blank page for the stamp. Stays beyond 90 days require a residence permit obtained from the local central police station. Dual Tunisian-American citizens are expected to enter and exit on their Tunisian passport. Cash exceeding TND 10,000 (about USD 3,000) must be declared on entry.
