🇺🇸美国(United States)🇷🇸塞尔维亚(Serbia)US-RS 美国(United States) 前往 塞尔维亚(Serbia) 签证要求
US ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Serbia. You may enter, transit, and stay visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Just arrive with a passport valid for your stay; no advance application is required. As of 2026, citizens of the United States holding an ordinary passport can travel to Serbia for tourism without a visa, staying up to 90 days within a rolling 180-day period. This is confirmed by both the U.S. Department of State and Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Serbia is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so its 90-day allowance is completely separate from the Schengen 90/180 limit and the EU's ETIAS authorization does not apply to Serbia. There is no pre-travel registration, eVisa, or ETA for US tourists. At the border, officials may ask for proof of accommodation, onward/return travel, and sufficient funds. One practical obligation applies after arrival: all foreign visitors must be registered with the local police within 24 hours. Hotels and licensed accommodations do this automatically; travelers staying in private residences (including with friends, family, or short-term rentals where the host does not register them) must register in person at the nearest police station. To stay beyond 90 days, you must apply inside Serbia for a temporary residence permit through the local police. Note: Serbia does not recognize entry stamps from Kosovo as a first point of entry, so travelers should not attempt to enter Serbia directly from Kosovo.
