🇺🇸美国(United States)🇭🇷克罗地亚(Croatia)US-HR 美国(United States) 前往 克罗地亚(Croatia) 签证要求
US ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Croatia. Croatia is in the Schengen Area, so Americans can enter visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. ETIAS is not yet required as of June 21, 2026; it is expected to start in the last quarter of 2026 and cost EUR 20 once enforced. As of June 21, 2026, United States ordinary passport holders can travel to Croatia for tourism or short visits without a visa. Croatia joined the Schengen Area on January 1, 2023, so US citizens benefit from the Schengen short-stay rule: up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period across all Schengen countries combined. No ETIAS travel authorization is currently required, but travelers need a passport valid at least 3 months beyond planned departure from the Schengen Area, issued within the previous 10 years, and with at least one blank page available where stamping is still used. The EU ETIAS travel authorization is expected to start operations in the last quarter of 2026; once enforced, it will be an online pre-travel authorization, not a visa, and the official fee is EUR 20 for most adult applicants. Croatia's EES rollout began progressively on October 12, 2025, so some external-border crossings may create or verify an electronic entry/exit record and collect biometrics instead of relying only on passport stamps. Days spent anywhere in the Schengen Area count toward the 90-day allowance, and registration with local police is required within 3 days of arrival; hotels, hostels, and vacation rentals normally register guests.
