🇺🇸美国(United States)🇬🇪格鲁吉亚(Georgia)US-GE 美国(United States) 前往 格鲁吉亚(Georgia) 签证要求
No visa required. U.S. ordinary passport holders can enter Georgia visa-free and stay for up to 365 days for tourism or short visits. United States ordinary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Georgia. Georgia grants U.S. citizens one of its most generous visa-free regimes: entry and stay of up to 365 consecutive days per visit, with no application, fee, or pre-registration required. This covers tourism, business visits, and even remote work or study during the period. The allowance is per entry — leaving and re-entering generally resets a fresh 365-day window, and there is currently no cumulative annual cap. At the border, immigration officers examine the passport and may ask about purpose of travel, proof of onward travel or funds, and accommodation, and they retain discretion to refuse entry. The passport must be valid at the time of entry (six months' validity beyond the planned stay is the safe standard) and contain a blank page for the entry stamp. Travel insurance is strongly recommended though not strictly mandatory. Georgia is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so the EU 90/180-day rule and ETIAS do not apply. An official eVisa (via evisa.gov.ge) exists for nationalities that need one, but U.S. citizens do not — they simply present their passport on arrival. Travelers who intend to stay beyond 365 days should apply for a temporary residence permit before the period expires; overstaying results in fines.
