🇺🇸美国(United States)🇪🇪爱沙尼亚(Estonia)US-EE 美国(United States) 前往 爱沙尼亚(Estonia) 签证要求
US ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Estonia for tourism. As a Schengen member, Estonia allows visa-free stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. ETIAS is not yet required as of 2026-06-21; it is scheduled for the last quarter of 2026. Estonia is a member of the Schengen Area, and the United States is on Estonia's and the EU's visa-exempt list. US ordinary passport holders may enter Estonia for tourism, business, or family visits without a visa for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. This 90-day allowance is cumulative across ALL Schengen countries combined, not per country. As of 2026-06-21 there is no visa fee or pre-travel authorisation required for short stays. The EU Entry/Exit System (EES) launched on 12 October 2025 and became fully operational on 10 April 2026, so eligible non-EU travellers are digitally registered at the external Schengen border with passport details, fingerprints, a facial image, and entry/exit dates instead of routine manual passport stamping. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) - a mandatory pre-travel online authorisation costing EUR 20 for most applicants aged 18-70 - is scheduled to start in the last quarter of 2026 but is NOT yet live; until the EU confirms its operational date, US travelers continue to enter with a valid passport. The passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen Area and have been issued within the previous 10 years. Travelers should be prepared to show proof of sufficient funds, a return/onward ticket, and accommodation details. Overstaying the 90/180 limit can result in fines and entry bans, so travelers should track their days carefully.
