🇺🇸美国(United States)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)US-BY 美国(United States) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
US ordinary passport holders need a visa for Belarus. The easiest route is the Belarus eVisa, applied for online via E-Pasluga: single entry, up to 30 days, EUR 60 consular fee plus EUR 6 service fee, decided within 7 calendar days. The US is NOT on Belarus's 30-day visa-free list. Note: the US State Department rates Belarus Level 4 (Do Not Travel). As of 2026, United States ordinary passport holders cannot enter Belarus visa-free. Belarus's visa-free regime (extended through 31 December 2026) covers ~38 mostly European countries and does not include the US. However, since 20 March 2025 Belarus runs an electronic visa (eVisa) program open to ordinary passport holders of 67 countries including the US. The eVisa is a single-entry visa valid for a stay of up to 30 days, applied for entirely online via the E-Pasluga portal (service code 3.04.01), with no visa-support documents or embassy interview required. The consular (state) fee for US citizens is EUR 60, plus a EUR 6 internet/service fee (EUR 66 total). Applications are decided within 7 calendar days, and entry with an eVisa is allowed at all international checkpoints including Minsk, Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev and Vitebsk. A traditional embassy visa remains available as an alternative. All travelers must hold medical insurance valid in Belarus with at least EUR 10,000 coverage, and passports should have at least 90 days validity. Travelers should be aware the US State Department maintains a Level 4 "Do Not Travel" advisory for Belarus due to the regional security situation and risk of arbitrary detention; US consular assistance is extremely limited.
