🇺🇸美国(United States)🇧🇪比利时(Belgium)US-BE 美国(United States) 前往 比利时(Belgium) 签证要求
No visa needed. U.S. passport holders can travel to Belgium for tourism visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period across the Schengen area. Belgium is part of the Schengen area, and U.S. ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free entry for short stays (tourism, business, family visits) of up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. No Schengen C-visa or ETIAS pre-arrival authorization is required as of 2026-06-21. You present a valid U.S. passport at the external Schengen border. The 90-day allowance is shared across all Schengen countries combined, not per country, and uses a rolling 180-day window. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages, and should be ready to show proof of sufficient funds, accommodation, and onward/return travel. The Entry/Exit System (EES) is fully operational from 10 April 2026 and replaces routine passport stamping with electronic entry/exit registration, including facial image and fingerprints for visa-free non-EU short-stay travelers. Belgium also requires short-stay visitors to declare their presence in Belgium within three days of arrival, preferably through the online My Address in Belgium (MAB) platform. ETIAS is expected to start in the last quarter of 2026; once it is operational and required, U.S. citizens will need an approved ETIAS authorization before traveling. As of this verification date it is not required, so the current verdict remains visa-free.
