🇹🇼台湾(Taiwan (Chinese Taipei))🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)TW-RU 台湾(Taiwan (Chinese Taipei)) 前往 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 签证要求
Taiwan ordinary passport holders need a visa for Russia, but can use the convenient online Unified e-Visa for short tourist visits of up to 30 days. A Taiwan (ROC) ordinary passport holder cannot enter Russia visa-free. However, Taiwan is on the list of jurisdictions eligible for Russia's Unified Electronic Visa (e-Visa), introduced nationwide in August 2023 and expanded since. The e-Visa is a fully online travel authorization for tourism, private visits, business, and cultural/sporting/scientific events. It is issued by the Consular Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs via the official portal evisa.kdmid.ru, with no invitation letter, hotel booking, or consulate visit required. As of 2026, the e-Visa is single-entry, valid for 120 days from issue, and permits a stay of up to 30 days from the date of entry (extended from 16 days in August 2025). The consular fee is USD 52, and applications are processed within 4 calendar days. Applicants need a passport valid at least 6 months, a digital photo, and travel medical insurance covering the full stay in Russia. Russia is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Travelers should also note that entry must be made through a designated e-visa border checkpoint (most major international airports including Moscow Sheremetyevo and St Petersburg Pulkovo qualify). Given the current geopolitical situation, travelers should check airline routing and the latest official guidance before booking.
