🇹🇼台湾(Taiwan (Chinese Taipei))🇱🇾利比亚(Libya)TW-LY 台湾(Taiwan (Chinese Taipei)) 前往 利比亚(Libya) 签证要求
Taiwan ordinary passport holders need a visa for Libya. Since 21 March 2024 a tourist eVisa is available online (single entry, ~US$63, valid 90 days, stay up to 30 days), but it requires a Letter of Invitation and a registered Libyan tour operator/sponsor — independent travel is not permitted. A Taiwan (ROC) ordinary passport holder cannot enter Libya visa-free. Libya's visa-exempt list is limited to a handful of neighboring states (Algeria and Tunisia, with some sources adding Egypt, Tunisia and Turkey), and Taiwan is not among them. Libya launched an official eVisa system on 21 March 2024 via evisa.gov.ly, and Taiwan citizens are listed among eligible nationalities. The tourist eVisa is single entry, costs about US$63, is valid for 90 days from issue, and allows a stay of up to 30 days. Crucially, Libya requires every visitor (regardless of eVisa) to have a Letter of Invitation (LOI) and a registered local sponsor or tour operator; independent tourism is effectively not allowed, and tourism-police escort is common. Travelers must also typically show proof of at least 1,000 Libyan Dinars on arrival, hold a passport valid 6+ months with a blank page, and have NO evidence of prior travel to Israel (entry will be refused otherwise). Note: many governments advise against all travel to Libya for security reasons; verify current advisories before booking. Where the eVisa is unavailable or a sponsor cannot be arranged, a traditional visa via a Libyan diplomatic mission is the fallback.
