🇹🇼台湾(Taiwan (Chinese Taipei))🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)TW-BY 台湾(Taiwan (Chinese Taipei)) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
A Taiwan (ROC) ordinary passport holder needs a visa obtained in advance to visit Belarus for tourism. Taiwan is not on Belarus's 30-day airport visa-free list, is not eligible for the Belarus e-Visa, and Belarus is not part of Schengen. Apply at a Belarusian embassy/consulate before travel. As of 2026, Belarus does not grant Taiwan (Republic of China) ordinary passport holders any visa-free or electronic-visa pathway for a short tourist stay. Belarus operates a 30-day visa-free program for citizens of roughly 76 countries who enter and exit exclusively through one of its international airports (Minsk, Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev, Vitebsk), but Taiwan is not on that list. Belarus also launched an electronic visa (e-Visa) on 20 March 2025 covering 67 countries, and Taiwan is not among them. Belarus is not a Schengen member, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Because no confirmed visa-free or e-Visa channel exists for Taiwan, the conservative and correct verdict is that a traditional visa must be obtained in advance from a Belarusian diplomatic mission (Belarus has no embassy in Taiwan, so applications are typically lodged at the nearest mission, e.g. the Belarusian Embassy in Beijing or another consular office, often requiring tourist visa-support/invitation documents from a registered Belarusian travel company). The standard consular fee is EUR 60 for any visa category, plus practical costs for invitation/visa support and mandatory medical insurance (minimum EUR 10,000 coverage).
