🇹🇷土耳其(Türkiye)🇺🇦乌克兰(Ukraine)TR-UA 土耳其(Türkiye) 前往 乌克兰(Ukraine) 签证要求
No visa needed. Turkish ordinary passport holders can enter Ukraine visa-free for tourism and short visits, staying up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Turkey and Ukraine have a mutual visa-waiver agreement in force since 1 August 2012. Holders of ordinary Turkish passports may enter Ukraine without a visa for tourism, business or transit and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Turkish nationals may even travel on a national ID card in lieu of a passport, though a valid passport is the safest document for air travel and border control. Ukraine is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the EU 90/180 Schengen rule and ETIAS do not apply here; Ukraine operates its own independent 90/180 calculation. There is no entry fee and no online pre-authorization (no eVisa, ETA or visa-on-arrival is required for short stays). A long-term D-type visa, obtained in advance at VFS Global centers in Istanbul or Izmir, is only required if the traveler intends to stay longer than 90 days or to work, study or reside. Travelers should carry proof of sufficient funds, onward/return arrangements and accommodation, and ensure their passport is valid for the duration of stay. Note that wartime martial-law conditions remain in effect across Ukraine as of 2026; entry rules are unchanged for short visits but travelers should check current security advisories before traveling.
