🇹🇷土耳其(Türkiye)🇸🇾叙利亚(Syria)TR-SY 土耳其(Türkiye) 前往 叙利亚(Syria) 签证要求
Turkish ordinary passport holders need a visa for Syria, but they can obtain it on arrival (VOA) at Damascus/Aleppo airports and at the Lebanese and Jordanian land borders. The fee is about USD 50 in cash for roughly a 15-30 day stay. There is no genuine visa-free channel for Turkey under the transitional government's 2025 reciprocity policy, and no functioning eVisa. Following the fall of the Assad regime in January 2025, Syria's transitional government introduced a new, reciprocity-based visa policy. Under it, only a handful of nationalities (Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mauritania, Serbia) enter free of charge, Israeli citizens are banned, and Lebanese and Iranian nationals face special restrictions. All other travelers, including Turkish citizens, must obtain a visa. In practice this is granted as a visa on arrival: Turkish ordinary passport holders are not on the restricted/pre-approval list, so they can receive the visa at the border or airport on landing. Current dedicated 2026 visa guides list a USD 50 fee for Turkey, payable in cash US dollars, granting a short stay of 15 to 30 days. The previously announced eVisa platform is not operational. Older aggregator lists that show Turkey as visa-free at airports reflect pre-2025 policy and are out of date. Because Syria remains under multiple government travel warnings and on-the-ground rules change frequently, travelers should confirm current conditions with the Syrian embassy in Ankara and carry enough cash USD; a passport with no Israeli stamps is mandatory.
