🇹🇷土耳其(Türkiye)🇸🇴索马里(Somalia)TR-SO 土耳其(Türkiye) 前往 索马里(Somalia) 签证要求
Turkish ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to enter Somalia. Since 1 September 2025 the eTAS electronic visa is mandatory for all foreign visitors and visa-on-arrival has been abolished. Apply online before travel via evisa.gov.so and carry the approved confirmation. A local sponsor/Letter of Guarantee is required. As of 30 May 2026, Turkey is not on Somalia's visa-exempt list, so Turkish ordinary passport holders must hold a valid visa before arrival. On 1 September 2025 the Federal Government of Somalia launched a mandatory electronic visa/electronic travel authorization system (eTAS), operated by the Immigration and Citizenship Agency (ICA) through the official portal at evisa.gov.so. This replaced paper procedures and, critically, ended the previous visa-on-arrival arrangements at Mogadishu (Aden Adde International Airport) for affected nationalities. Every foreign traveler, including infants and children, must obtain approval online before boarding. The standard tourist/visit eTAS is a single-entry authorization carrying roughly a USD 60 government fee, processed in about 3-7 business days, and typically allows a stay of up to 30 days. A distinctive feature is that non-Somali applicants must nominate a registered Sponsor Organization from the official list and provide a Sponsor Letter (Warqad Dammaanad / Letter of Guarantee) confirming who is responsible for the visitor on the ground. Note that the self-declared Somaliland region (Hargeisa / Egal International Airport) operates a separate entry regime that is not covered by the federal eTAS system. Given conflicting third-party figures on fees and validity, travelers should confirm the exact amount and conditions on evisa.gov.so at the time of application. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months.
