Yes, you need a visa. Turkish ordinary passport holders must obtain a Schengen short-stay (Type C) visa before traveling to Slovenia. Apply in advance through the Slovenian Embassy in Ankara or a VFS Global / AS Visa center in Turkey. Slovenia is a full member of the Schengen Area, and Turkey is on the EU's visa-required (Annex I) list. Holders of Turkish ordinary passports therefore must obtain a Schengen short-stay (Type C) visa before traveling to Slovenia for tourism; only Turkish diplomatic, service, special and official passport holders are exempt from the short-stay visa.
