Yes - a Turkey ordinary passport holder can travel to Madagascar without arranging a visa in advance. Madagascar grants visa on arrival to citizens of every country except Burundi and Palestine, so Turkish travelers simply get their tourist visa at the airport. For short stays of 15 days or less the visa fee is waived (you pay only a ~EUR 10 tourist tax). An eVisa is also available online as a convenient alternative. Madagascar operates one of the world's most open entry regimes: visa on arrival (VOA) and eVisa are available to nationals of all countries except Burundi and Palestine, which includes Turkey ordinary passport holders. Tourists can collect a tourist visa on landing at Ivato International Airport (Antananarivo) and other international airports. Since a 2023 reform, stays of up to 15 days carry no visa fee - travelers pay only a tourist tax of about EUR 10. Stays of 16-30, 31-60 and up to 90 days require a paid visa.
